For the past 30+ years I have worked in various sectors of  construction and maintenance. Working for large and small organisations along the way mainly in the north west of England. 

Both personally and professionally I do enjoy  property maintenance and renovation  rather than big projects. 

I am happy to undertake any job whether it be unblocking a toilet, building a fence, fitting a door or being called out at 3am to gain entry to a house after losing your keys. 

All work carried out is done professionally with the relevant insurances and documentation in place.
